¡¤Customized hair orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All wigs are available for cap size customization.
You can customize the cap size by noting or emailing us with your requirements.
Our typical wig cap size is ?22.5" (No customization needed).
Processing Time:
¡¤Processing Time: 7-15 working days, depending on the original wigs.

This link is not eligible for any discounts.
There will be no refunds after the custom wig has been processed.

If you ordered customization after purchasing the wig, wig might have already been shipped. Let's chat more to sort it out. Also, after you bought the wig cap, please share your order number. This will help us arrange customization before shipping to avoid any issues.
☀Kindly reminder:
★If you want to return it Within 30 days, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.
★What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:
1) Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
2) Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.
★The refund
Once your return products are received, and we inspect them. We will send one message or email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, then the refund will be processed. We will deal refund via the payment we received from PayPal. If you do have a register with PayPal, you will get the refund within 7 working days or so, if you are using debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7 working days. If you want to get it quicker, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.
