1) Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
2) Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.
★The refund
Once your return products are received, and we inspect them. We will send one message or email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, then the refund will be processed. We will deal refund via the payment we received from PayPal. If you do have a register with PayPal, you will get the refund within 7 working days or so, if you are using debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7 working days. If you want to get it quicker, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.

I ordered the 28-inch ombre blonde straight wig and it's definitely true to length--super long and silky. The hair bleached easily with no damage, which really impressed me. It stayed soft and manageable even after processing. The lace is thin and blended really well with my skin, making it easy to install. I also had minimal shedding and no weird smells out of the package. Overall, this wig is great quality and worth the price!
