1) Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
2) Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.
★The refund
Once your return products are received, and we inspect them. We will send one message or email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, then the refund will be processed. We will deal refund via the payment we received from PayPal. If you do have a register with PayPal, you will get the refund within 7 working days or so, if you are using debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7 working days. If you want to get it quicker, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.

I definitely would recommend this wig. It took about a week to get shipped out so shipping was quickly. The wig was originally curly but i straighten it and had no issues. The install was super easy and wig melted great. I does shed a little but it’s not a big issue. Wig is definitely a 10/10.
Im not a wig girly so i only got this wig to wear for 2 days, but it was nice. It was nice and snug and straightened perfectly. I did not try to curl it but it feels like it can hold a curl. My stylist made the lace blend perfectly. Only bad thing is there was alot of shedding.
