This means the hair extensions have:
1) Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
2) Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.
★The refund
Once your return products are received, and we inspect them. We will send one message or email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, then the refund will be processed. We will deal refund via the payment we received from PayPal. If you do have a register with PayPal, you will get the refund within 7 working days or so, if you are using debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7 working days. If you want to get it quicker, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.

I ordered the 30-inch straight ombre brown wig and it's definitely true to length--super long and silky. The hair has pre bleached, which really impressed me. It stayed soft and manageable even after processing. The lace is thin and blended really well with my skin, making it easy to install. I also had minimal shedding and no weird smells out of the box. Overall, this wig is great quality and worth the price!
I've had this wig for abt a month now and 10/10 honestly. I ordered the 26inch and gave it a slight trim to even out the ends completely. It's soft, minimal tangling, no smell, and accurate density. Would definitely buy again.
Yessssss this is worth the money! It's super full and luscious.i bought this wig before my vacation. I get so many compliments on this hair.it's 100% human, it doesn't come out, it doesn't get tangled, it doesn't come out when washing it. Comfortable to use. It fits perfectly. It's number 26 but it goes down more as if it were 28. Surely if i have to buy another wig, this will be my first choice
Listen i'm going to give the most honest review as i can. First the hair was delivered on time, neatly in a bag with stocking cap, hair ties and edge brush. At first i thought my head was too big, lol. But i just needed to loosen up the elastic in the back. The hair is soft, take heat and easy to install. I'll be buying a longer unit soon.
