★The refund
Once your return products are received, and we inspect them. We will send one message or email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, then the refund will be processed. We will deal refund via the payment we received from PayPal. If you do have a register with PayPal, you will get the refund within 7 working days or so, if you are using debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7 working days. If you want to get it quicker, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.

I'm not a bob person but this one ate the quality of the hair is amazing, the bob is very soft, it doesn't tangle and no bad smell. I love how it looks, you can use the straightener to curve the ends or to make it straight. The lace is thin, it came pre plugged just used a foundation to match my colour. It was easy to install. The hair was such amazing quality. I ordered the 14 inch and it came so soft and cute. The length was true to size. It also takes heat very well for curling, straightening etc. 10/10 purchase! !
I love this wig. The density of the hair is full. The hair is so soft and pretty. The wig has no shedding. I really appreciate how fast the wig came. This wig is excellent quality I recommended you buy this hair, you won't regret it. I definitely will be buying again in a longer length!
This unit is soooo soft and well constructed! 100% human hair! It did have that chemically processed smell but a good wash and a lil vinegar got rid of that. I ordered the 12in 13x4 and should've gone with the 13x6 for the versatility but I managed to make it work lol. I simply washed/conditioned, dried, cut and installed the unit. It melted beautifully and I'm by no means a professional. It literally took me an hour just to cut it to my liking lol. There was minimal shedding when I first unbaged it but not since installing the unit. It's definitely a good quality wig, I'll be purchasing more!
